Intelligent messaging platform
Paralect developed an AI-powered messaging platform titled Path that allows businesses to communicate with their prospects and customers in real time via a website widget, thus increasing customer satisfaction and driving more revenue.
Path’s founders addressed Paralect to perform a technological assessment and develop an MVP first. The MVP was delivered in just 2 months and had the following basic functionality:
- website widget
- PathBot script
- appointment & booking
- channels & audiences
The development team continued to work on the product, iteratively delivering new features to the production environment. One of such features is the support of various lead channels. Leads are automatically routed based on qualifiers to the right location, department, and teammate to follow up. The user is notified via email, SMS, and browser push notifications.
The platform was created to serve the healthcare market primarily, but its rich feature set and intuitive interface made it popular among users in multiple business domains: from home service companies to real estate and digital marketing agencies.
Within two years from the release, Path was acquired by Digital Air Strike. Paralect provides them with ongoing support and continues working on new functionality, such as NLP, enhanced bot builder, as well as integrated SmartQuote and SmartFollow.
