Project OverviewThe AR Fitting Room is a virtual fitting room which allows users to pick out clothing and try them all out virtually. This project is built on the most sophisticated technologies: augmented reality and Microsoft Kinect. Augmented reality enables the customers to select a piece of clothing without having to try it on physically. As a customer, you see yourself on-screen with a 3D copy of a dress. Kinect is used to take a scan of a body then they can apply their choice of attire on a screen, letting them quickly check out how a piece of clothing looks on them.ClientA private investor.IndustryE-commerce.ChallengeThe challenge was to create a virtual fitting room that allows customers to see an accurate reflection of what a particular item will look like on them. Tribyl’s product is not your typical CRM. It’s a powerful platform that allows sales reps to leverage business intelligence across all parties involved in closing an enterprise deal. But it doesn’t stop there. Tribyl also uses machine learning algorithms to make smart recommendations to the sales reps on what to say, how to say, when to say and who to talk to for more insights. The main challenge for WANDR’s strategy and design team was to enable scalability without sacrificing consistency in the experience.We examine the existing flows for each feature and to gain insight into how they work together to help reps and account executives close deals. Once we started to work on the new modules, we had to conduct a UX Audit of what was in development in order to propose more usability improvements. We started by inventorizing the existing components to see what could be recycled and what needed to be designed from scratch to account for the new functionalities that were going to be created. Once we had a good idea of what we needed, we proceeded to design the new system with a modular approach. In Tribyl’s new system, every single piece of UI can be broken down into its most basic elements like a set of LEGO building blocks. We created a methodology to audit the visual aspects of the front-end code and to keep track of all the inconsistencies. Given the complexity of the product and the sheer number of features and moving parts, Tribyl has been one of our most challenging projects. It pushed us to come up with creative solutions to address usability and cognitive overload issues that we had not faced before and are certainly going to be very useful for the product design and SaaS communities. Brandster
Brandster is a Florida-based retail brand with multiple websites that sell outdoor furniture, grills, and accessories to B2B and B2C clients. To support their growth, we helped them redesign 8 unique sites using the Magento multi-site / multi-store feature. The main Magento 1.9 site was migrated to Magento 2 utilizing their multi-site capabilities.
The goal was a group of responsive sites with streamlined navigation, enhanced checkout options, rich product data, customized shipping and enhanced functionality for their internal sales team.
 
Implementation
Part of the Magento 2.0 migration involved implementing a few modern and powerful eCommerce features to make the Brandster experience more convenient.
The first was adding a return merchandise authorization module. It allows registered and guest uses to create new return and exchange requests - and then processes them automatically.
Next, a sales rep module was added to the site to track the orders by a sales rep. Along with this, we created advanced reports to better identify and compensate the high performing sales reps and provide admins with up-to-date data..
Finally, we customized the request a quote functionality to give users enhanced ability to request quotes by bundling multiple products on the website.
 
Next Phase
Migrating to Magento 2.0 gave Brandster the immediate boost they needed to remain competitive, and set the stage for continued growth.
That's why every feature and module in the new multi-site supports rapid expansion at scale. Currently, Brandster can offer a seamless multi-channel experience to their customers so they can grow the business across various marketplaces.
When they are ready, the website already has the infrastructure to convert to a true omnichannel experience. The future has no technological limits for Brandster!

Utopian Hotel Collection (https://www.utopianhotels.com/home) is a platform enabling users to book their stays in luxury hotels grouped by the highest rankings of standards.Duration: April 2018 - August 2018Client's country: United Kingdom Technologies used: Javascript, Angular, C#, .NET The client reached out to us after the previous dev company failed to deliver in terms of quality and deadline, which makes it a legacy project. In particular, the client complained about the slowly working website and constant crashes, as well as layout full of bugs. At a glance, it may not sound like a very unique situation, but in the addition, the client decided to set up his own development team and needed a company that will refactor the whole application, repair it, implement outstanding features, and prepares it for the upcoming team who were meant to kick off from September 2018. Therefore, our job was to not only finish what the previous team failed to deliver, but also to prepare the application and its code in a way that will make it easy for the new team to start working with it. We started with a thorough analysis of the current technological situation and code audit, which discovered a lot of inconsistencies and errors in the code and overall architecture, which were causing constant crashes and were also slowing down the site. Following the audit results, we had to refactor the major part of the application, implement the outstanding features, prepare everything for the new team, and conduct a step-by-step handover.

An extremely well-known business, The 400 Market needed a re-brand and a new website. They'd been around for over 20 years and operated with the same marketing material they started with. They had a website but it hadn't been touched in close to 10 years.
Proposed Solution
Re-brand the company. Same name, but new logo and colour scheme along with a new website with an emphasis put on bringing in new vendors and visitors.
Result
After 8 weeks of launching the new site, they'd gone from 1 new vendor lead a week from the website to an average of 9 each week. Their new website is fully functional across all devices (responsive) now allowing them to convert mobile visitors they were losing out on before.
At this current rate, they will be running the market at full capacity, year-round, in no time!

THE CHALLENGE
Cut Sheet Labels was one of the very first Magento 2.0 sites ever built. While exciting, this was also a challenge, as SmartSites had to find immediate solutions to all problems that accompany new versions of a platform. Additionally, Cut Sheet Labels asked the SmartSites team to develop a label-customizer from scratch, something SmartSites had never done before. Internal challenges later presented themselves the new system did not operate on the .doc and .pdf files that the Cut Sheet team was used to.

United Allergy Services chose to hire Nativz after David Boone, the CEO, had contracted the Nativz team prior to working at UAS. UAS is one of the largest, if not the largest, immunotherapy companies in the Southern United States. As the vast majority of Nativz work comes from referrals, this was a perfect client for our team. Nativz has since developed the highest-ranking Allergy / Immunotherapy website in the industry for organic SEO without a single dollar of PPC Ad Spend. Our main focus for this project was creating an extremely powerful and intuitive UX flow that segmented audiences into their own funnels. The UAS Team wanted to hit three main demographics: Providers, Allergy Sufferers, and those looking for a potential Career with UAS. Our team created a funnel system that "locked" the user into their own funnel to drive conversions with a menu structure dedicated to servicing each demo. We also developed a powerful piece of software called the Allergy Center Finder.
