Lucy is the consummate PR professional, with more than a decade of PR in-house and agency expertise that she’s injected into Thrive since joining the team some years ago. She boasts a background in Journalism and Marketing prior to her PR agency life.
Clare is a skilled marketing and communications specialist who has worked across global markets including Europe and Australia for the past fifteen years. Clare’s broad industry experience spans corporate, telco, FMCG, sport/entertainment and tourism.

Leading the Kiwi charge is Shannon. She is a passionate PR professional with more than ten years experience in developing effective, strategic plans that deliver tangible business outcomes. Shannon is a key part of Thrive’s Senior Leadership Team.
Mark started his communications career at Google in London where he handled internal comms across Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mark has extensive experience in evergreen consumer content placement to complex, cross-functional campaigns and high-profile issues.
