They were a good fit and they were able to understand our use cases and where our customers would be coming from. As a result, we scaled up to set the basis of our UX guide for a complete redesign and created workflows and wireframes for several of the major components. Communication really has been one of the best in class. Without good communication, I'm not sure how this project could have gotten done.
