Project Objective
The client owns a physical store network across Texas, and each location operates independently. The final goal was to create a virtual platform to provide a digital platform in the form of Food ordering Mobile App Development for placing an order online without having to wait in line to pick up the order. The application should display nearby outlets with Product availability in the Menu so that users can place orders. Specific orders must be assigned to the Outlet manager in order for them to be ready on time; hence, the Outlet manager will have a Tablet application for order management. In addition, the application should allow for customised orders based on the customer’s preferences in order to serve requested food. Both iOS application and Android application were to be incorporated.

Our Solution
We proposed a mobile application for consumers to place online orders, as well as a tablet application for order administration and a web application to operate the entire operation. In terms of technology, a Hybrid mobile tech app built using ReactNative and Magento-2 in the backend makes it an affordable solution with simple functionality such as Order Routing from one outlet to another. With the integration of third-party payment methods in the restaurant app development, it is simple to manage each outlet’s payouts without requiring any extra effort.
