  This by far has been my worst experience with a web developer. I am at a loss for words and very disappointed. Rob seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. After many conversations and text, he and his team were unable to deliver as promised. We then requested a refund and after multiple attempts and trying several methods of payments (bank transfers, electronic checks, credit cards) we are left with bank fees due to bounced checks, no website, and no refund. Stay away you too could be "Robbed"

  Rob and the FluidRank team were very enthusiastic about working with us to improve our ecommerce website. There was a timeline given on the project and prompt response at the beginning of the process. After he received our initial payment, the experience quickly deteriorated. Per Rob, he had a number of personal issues; he needed incessant extensions to produce any work for us to review. After requesting a refund, he consistently pushed us behind his other clients. 7 weeks still no refund!
