  They start with the understanding of what kind of app I wanted to develop. To manage projects and communication, they used a project management tool called Zoho.   Flynaut has been very adaptable to pivoting to our different needs and understanding how the product is supposed to be built for our customers. Theyve kept to a very specific timeline and currently use Google Drive as a primary communication tool.
