Waddington's, a respected Canadian auction house since 1850, is known for its wide range of appraisal services. In 2007, it made a big move by holding its first online auction, marking its shift towards digital. The journey progressed in 2020, as they sought our help to develop a custom mobile auction app to expand their live-streamed auctions due to COVID-19, aiming to increase auction frequency, value, and customer satisfaction.

The Kultprosvet team developed a cross-platform mobile solution for both iOS and Android, enabling our client to broaden their market reach while enjoying significant cost savings.
We ensured seamless integration with a legacy auction management system running on WordPress for synchronized operation across platforms
Introduces feature and UX enhancements such as support (specifically in French and Chinese) and an automatic currency converter to attract and retain an international audience and boost global auction participation
