    Salesgenomics refused to pay me and honor our agreementThis company refused to pay for a client I referred that has been doing business with Salesgenomics for over a year now (as I was told). We had a formal referral agreement signed and against my repeated attempts to try and resolve the situation, I am out of over $3,000 now due to Salesgenomics not honoring an agreement we had.My client has also informed me of the subpar performance of this agency so it has been a loss on both ends (me and my referred client). If you are considering using Salesgenomics, I encourage you to consider your options as this company did not honor their agreement with me and does not practice good business ethics in my opinion. The lackluster performance for the money my client spent is even worse.

    Finally, a capable staff to relieve me of the tasks I'm not really good at. We're a small, expanding team of 11, and joining forces with "SGX" felt like more than doubling our size for a fraction of the expense of hiring more individuals. The staff do a great job of allocating and spending it profitably despite the little monthly budget we have. About the whole of Q4 was 3.55 ROI. We were nonetheless able to turn a respectable profit during the off-season. A big thank you!

    My biggest issue with building profitable campaigns was always creatives. I'm not a creative person, so I always hire freelancers but even though creatives look good and promising, they don't convert. I only realized the problem when I came across the SalesGenomics website, where they explained what makes a piece of creative get clicks. One of the UGC- retargeting campaigns with their creatives is doing fantastic at a 3.5 ROAS. Other campaigns also stand strong on the profit side.
