Shift ONE is a Creative, Integrated Marketing Agency that was founded in 2011 by Dylan Kohlstadt.
Shift ONE specialises in helping clients GET MORE CUSTOMERS using the right mix of traditional marketing platforms and newer digital marketing platforms, all to suit their budget and goals.
Shift ONE now employs staff members who deliver daily for their clients who range from corporates to national and fast growing entrepreneurs.
We have two types of clients, business owners who want to grow their business and don't know where to start, and Marketing Managers who know what to do, but don't have the capacity to do everything themselves.
For our Marketing Managers, our team of specialists helps them execute on their strategy. We bring our range of expertise to the table to assist them with digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies, where needed.
For our entrepreneurs we take over the full marketing function, we come up with the ideas, make them happen, report on them and track sales and growth monthly.
Our clients come from all over the world: South Africa (from Cape Town, Durban to JHB), UK, USA, Canada, Australia. Either way, we know how to grow businesses, we know which channels and activities work and are the most effective and cost effective for you to get the results you want.

Dylan KohlstädtFounder and CEODylan Kohlstädt is an entrepreneur, a speaker, a digital marketer who has created two successful companies, Shift ONE Digital and the Digital Marketing Academy. She has 20 years marketing management experience, eight of which are in digital marketing. She also has an MBA though UNISA.
