Our founder, Jess Koscher spent many years building programs and services for those in her community. She has directed her passion for design and progress into creating Write Connections. The name is symbolic of the importance she puts in having solid connections and paying attention to how you message your ideas.

Write Connections Creative Crew are professionals in their areas of expertise and are committed to bringing you their best. They have years of experience in graphic design, website design, print, social media management, and strategy.

Our clients range from multi-million dollar manufacturing companies, governmental entities, small businesses, restaurants, and nonprofit organizations. They all agree, the personal attention our team offers, along with our responsiveness, is one of our best selling points.

Jess’ favorite projects are when the team gets to work with you on many levels. It may mean we come in focused on creating a design piece for you and we learn we can help you in other ways. She likes the relationships we build with our clients that last beyond the first project.
Dr. Shaunna Finley
Strategy + Curriculum
Shaunna has spent her career shaping the minds of our youth as an assistant superintendent, high school principal, high school teacher, and a college and careers coordinator serving Hispanic and African American students in low-income communities.
Bethany Hartley
Web Design
Bethany is a learner who likes diving into projects that include an industry or product she has no experience with.

Animation + Graphic Design
Ally likes projects where we all have fun! She believes working hard and having fun are not mutually exclusive and thinks projects full of laughter tend to yield the best results.

Cindy gets most excited about creating complete collateral kits for a specific message. She loves the variety of tasks (branding, writing, and designing) and the satisfaction of tying up the complete package at the end.
