After launching the first version of the MVP and receiving user feedback, Hive Social decided to take the product to the next level. We’ve cooperated with Hive Social development partner — KindGeek to dig deeply into every aspect of the product.
We’ve focused on optimizing the onboarding process, adding social engagement elements and creating a strong UI foundation for the future growth of the app’s functionality on iOS and Android.

If user plans to visit an Allo store, this app will help to locate the nearest one using the in-built interactive map. Besides an easy-to-use mobile-adapted marketplace, users can read all all product reviews and news right in the Allo app.

The client has one of the leading online marketplaces for electronics and a number of other products and related services in Ukraine. At some point, the project of reaching customers via mobile experience was incepted and MobIndustry was selected to implement it.
The project supposed building the mobile app Android and iOS versions providing ecommerce and brand communication functionality.
After the first app versions were delivered and usage statistics analyzed, our team participated in several discussion rounds, which resulted in a series of user and customer experience improvements. This stage brought not only technology changes, but also some business process fine-tuning to support the omni channel strategy of the client..
Among produced solutions, our team integrated the WayForPay payment service, so users can pay orders directly in the app, and introduced TagManager, a powerful Google technology to collect, synchronize, and analyze usage statistics.

The task management application is a time reporting tool supporting all the business processes. Any user can easily utilize the app without an overhead of technical details and simply authorize via Google Apps. In addition, the custom software solution has a great UI, and it provides a wonderful UX.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE
The German-based client experienced issues with managing tasks internally. At the start, the client was enthusiastic about Basecamp, a leading task management tool. The company viewed it as a silver bullet to their challenge. However, when the initial flare disappeared, it was clear that some essential functionalities were not present in Basecamp. To put it in a nutshell, the tool did not reflect the customer’s business model, and it had no time management capabilities.
The challenge was clear. The company wanted an easy-to-use task management custom software solution with the time reporting functionality. In addition, it should have reflected the client’s business model and the spirit of innovation.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
When addressing DevCom, the client had the full picture of what kind of task management tool they need. To cut the long story short, three functionalities were the keystone to the whole project:

VALUE DELIVERED
The project was a definite success. Solid quality control, no downtimes, unbelievably proactive and extremely cost-effective. The customer could have pitched an idea for the development, and in a day’s time, DevCom delivered a viable development estimate.
After the initial production release, DevCom started using the task management solution for communications with the client. Particularly, DevCom used the system for the project billing as well as for the upcoming, related projects. Lastly and most importantly, the client received the custom software solution very well and was using from practically day one.

The application helps you configure a virtual room before proceeding with the design decisions in real life. VR Hotel is an immersive VR application that helps to prepare in advance and solve complex interior design tasks eliminating the need for physical presence. Developed in close cooperation with our client, VR Hotel serves as a prime example of an effective selling point for estate business owners of various magnitude who want to pave their way towards the customer audience. VR Hotel is a demo project of an interactive hotel configurator that has caused a great market resonance and aspires for full interactivity, customizability and impeccable VR experience.
