Starting out as a musician, Matt developed a real talent for design when working for several years as a print designer and web freelancer before joining Swanky in 2010. Matt is passionate about crafting beautiful and effective websites and is especially interested in working with innovative brands.
From digital agencies to tech startups and the media, Dave brings 15 years of experience from the tech industry. For many of these years, Dave has been working directly with Shopify and has enjoyed witnessing the platform thrive.
Before joining the Swanky team, Ben worked as a qualified Mechanical Engineer both in the UK and Germany and then spent 4 years working as Head of Operations for a local charity in Exeter.
From a young age, Jen loved digital content. She wrote her first line of code at 8 and began designing websites at 12! Since her move to the UK in 2012, she has graduated from the University of Exeter, started her own graphic design business and worked at Microsoft.
Having worked with marketing and CRO for over 5 years - Sean leads the optimisation and architecture team. He's worked with clients like GAME.co.uk, The Economist, The Financial Times, Saltrock and Huel.com. In 2018, the CRO team contributed an extra £4 million in revenue for clients.
