    To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of International Place, KHJ took a page from publishing to commemorate the property forever.
    When The Chiofaro Company wanted to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their renowned property International Place, they turned to KHJ for help. What could we do to honor this iconic Boston landmark that has been the centerpiece of our skyline for 30 years? An event or ad seemed too predictable and unworthy. Our solution was a stylized coffee table book; a special keepsake for tenants past and present. So after the Anniversary was over, the celebration of International Place would live on.
    Because of its unique design, International Place is a timeless gem that is still cutting edge today. So we wanted our book to tell the property’s history while showcasing its relevance today. Our narrative focused on what makes International Place as efficient and awe-inspiring today as it did 30 years ago: its distinctive blend of aesthetic beauty and architectural innovation.We titled the book “360 Unique, Celebrating 30 Years of Art and Science”. 70 pages of stunning photography and prose captured the visual splendor and architectural brilliance at every level, from every angle. The final chapter highlighted some of International Place’s current tenants and how they leveraged the art and science  to create their ideal work environment.

    MOVE Bumpers started as a local custom truck bumper service in Lewistown, Montana in 2013 and quickly evolved into a nationwide, industry leading bumper distributor. To match their growing significance in the industry, MOVE needed an ecommerce website that could keep up with its tremendous growth and brand recognition.
    In 2017 we launched a rebrand and a new MOVE Bumpers website, which includes the customized, interactive Bumper Kit Builder feature: a complete game-changer in the DIY bumper building experience.
    Through audience research, we discovered that users respond better to a buying process that feels less like a transaction and more like an experience: the more interactive, visual and fun the better. The Bumper Kit Builder is an interactive online shopping experience that allows users to easily swap out different bumper styles and customizations on a sample truck rendering. As customers make selections, the sample truck and price update in real-time to reflect each customization. The site is also 100% mobile-friendly and mobile-compatible, which allows for easy use from any location.
    Since the 2017 re-launch, MOVE Bumpers has seen a 70% increase in conversions during yearly holiday seasons, and a 10% increase in traffic overall.
    The new site, which boasts a cleaner, more updated UI/UX, is not only more visually appealing but also far more user-friendly.

    BackGround:A health industry client (name Radiance Hair Transplant) had been internally managing a Digital Marketing campaign for over a year.Their competition began advertising online in increasing volume, and our client began experiencing lower bad experience.Their Digital Marketing campaign was becoming far more expensive and returning less on their investment.Sources: Adwords, SeoGoals:


    • Increase Conversions for the Treatment. And to Reduce the Investment.

    • Make the keywords to appear in the google results with the services pages.

    Adwords:

    • You can see from the following information that, the number of impressions and clicks were high and the number of conversions very low.

    • Lots of people were seeing the ads, but few people were taking action.


    Approach:

    • We rebuilt the customer's AdWords campaign from the ground up

    • The account was split into meaningful campaigns that targeted specific demographics. Ad Groups were built within each campaign.

    • And targeted ads were written for specific audiences within each group.


    Results :

    • In comparing the first month of running the six ad groups to the month before,

    • the conversion went up to raise of 80%, and the conversion cost went down, from 2000 to 180 per lead.

    The Brand Challenge:Shentel, headquartered in Edinburg, Virginia, is a provider of phone, Internet and cable services to rural communities. Recently, they have made acquisitions of two cable companies in southern Virginia and West Virginia. Research showed that consumers in the acquired markets were very skeptical of Shentel staying long term. There had been a track record of companies entering their market, only to exit very quickly.The Solution:We created a new brand strategy for Shentel that included a Vision Statement, Mission Statement, Positioning Statement and Brand Promise. The Brand Promise was “Making Deeper Connections.” Deeper connections with the customers and deeper connections with the communities that they serve. The expression of the Brand Promise, which is used in marketing communications, is “Always Connected to You.”As a “symbol of re-evaluation,” we contemporized the brand logo.The new logo conveys energy and connectivity via the multi-colored lines moving in tandem (representing Shentel, the communities and the customers). The orange and gold colors reinforce the genuine and reliable brandpersonality traits. The slate blue represents strength of the brand.

    Forever a fan of the work the Baltimore Animal Rescue & Care Shelter (BARCS) does to save the 12,000 animals that come through their doors each year, idfive volunteered to help the shelter during the holiday season — a critical fundraising period. We created “Pay It Furward”, an integrated campaign highlighting the people and animals who depend on the kindness of donors. The campaign included a four-minute video viewed by tens of thousands of people, Milkbone “fortune cookies” wrapped with messages about BARCS fundraising and placed in Baltimore storefronts, billboard ads, emails to donors, a donation landing page, and cross-platform social media posts. Boosted by the nonprofit’s incredible army of advocates and brand champions, the campaign beat their #GivingTuesday fundraising expectations by more than 400% and helped bring in over $250,000 for the shelter in the month of December.

Located in Elk Grove Village, IL, Granite Selection specializes in the distribution, design, fabrication and installation of custom natural stone countertops, vanities, shower walls and more. By partnering with us, they were able to change their corporate image from lowest price to affordable luxury.

    Instagram Case Study: Rinse

    To get the strongest results from its week-long campaign, Rinse, with the help of their agency, MuteSix, focused on finding the best-performing creative to deliver to the most appropriate audience.
    Using A/B testing, the company determined a mix of lifestyle photos and screenshots of its app would be most effective. This strategy worked for Rinse in the past, and the company continues to test both its photo and its video ads.
    To reach the right people with its ads, Rinse segmented its audience to target people aged 20-55 with a zip code in Los Angeles with ads different from those shown to people aged 20-55 with a zip code in San Francisco. Because the ads have a text component, Rinse decided to target only English-speaking individuals to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the ads.
    The company also excluded people who had visited the Rinse website in the past, since this campaign was strictly for prospecting purposes.
    Rinse set a manual bid, based on the statistical data it collected from earlier automatic bidding campaigns, and tracked the campaign using Facebook’s conversion tracking tools.

    Results: TV, OOH, print and digital contributed to a media-surround strategy that in less than one year put LLS on the map as a leading edge charitable organization and produced a 50% lift in average daily donations at peak spend when all media were working together, and a 15% lift in site traffic during the flight. Ultimately we generated a significant ROI as annual online donations were 88% higher in markets exposed to our campaign.

    HOW DAVID FOUGHT GOLIATH: DISRUPTING THE DIABETES MARKETChallenge: For people with diabetes, the OmniPod Insulin Management System is a life-changing product—if only they knew. At the time of its initial launch, Insulet Corporation was small and unknown, with a new product and disruptive technology: the OmniPod. The target market was resistant to change. The competition was established, with robust marketing and advertising budgets and comprehensive support for HCP offices. Furthermore, one competitor owned the lion’s share of the market. How does a start-up break through the clutter and successfully compete with industry giants?











    Solution: We created a highly provocative launch campaign that captured the attention and interest of HCPs and patient audiences. Bold, unexpected visuals paired with targeted messaging sparked curiosity and inspired action to learn more about the OmniPod—the world’s first tubeless insulin pump. Within one year of launch, sales increased dramatically, and brand awareness among our target audience rose 475%.
