Ikea's iconic shopping bag doesn't get any bigger than this.
To promote its second London store scheduled to open in 2024, the Scandinavian furniture chain installed a larger-than-lifesized Frakta bag along Oxford Street, one of the city's busiest shopping districts.
The out-of-home installation stands 62 feet tall and stretches 128 feet wide, covering scaffolding in the site where the store will soon be up and running.

The shopping building will reportedly run on renewable energy, be 82,000 square feet in size, and have three floors dedicated to the shopping space, showrooms, and a Swedish deli.Â
Ikea's latest campaign was led by the creative agency Mother.
Ikea's UK CEO Peter Jelkeby expressed the company's excitement in bringing its retail store to Oxford Street, calling the expansion a "major milestone."Â
"By having a presence at one of the most iconic shopping destinations in the world, we're taking a significant step forward in our ongoing journey to make it easier to shop with Ikea – whenever, wherever and however customers choose," he concluded.
