As a follow-up to its award-winning "A British Original" campaign, British Airways launched a touching one-minute spot that shows the life journey of a baby on her first flight.
Titled "Everywhere We Go," the ad starts in the point of view of the baby, showing her mother and a smiling British Airways flight attendant.
The baby then falls asleep in her mother's arms, as she dreams of glimpses of her future.
Viewers then see the baby in different stages of her life, captured in vignettes: playing with seashells by the shore as a toddler, falling asleep on her mother's shoulders, jumping in a pool as a young adolescent, and walking through a forest as an adult.

Its soundtrack, composed by Groove Armada's frontwoman Saint Saviour, sets the emotional tone for the short film.
The spot ends with the baby waking up and looking out the plane, accompanied by a short but sweet message from British Airways, "Everywhere we go makes us everything we are."
A Sweet Coming-of-Age Story
Made together with creative agency Uncommon Creative Studio and directed by Emmy award-winner Miles Jay, the spot debuted on Channel 4 and will continue to air across ITV and Sky in the following days.
The Canadian filmmaker and Uncommon Co-founder Lucy Jameson shared the idea behind the spot.
“I loved the construct of a coming-of-age story told through the dreams of a sleeping newborn on its first flight. This film shows the beauty of flying and how it puts us out into the world to reveal to ourselves who we are — with a touch of British charm that is uniquely British Airways," Jay said.
"The work showcases the many journeys British Airways takes us on and the role they play in shaping our lives and who we become," Jameson added.
