American-born coffee roaster Community Coffee is celebrating over a century since the brand's inception with a campaign that goes back to its roots.
Made together with agency of record TMA and New York-based production company 1stAveMachine, the "Generations" campaign highlights the company's distinct mission since its inception: to unite people and bring forth a sense of community with every cup of coffee.
It's all tied together by its tagline "Community in every cup, since 1919."
The brand's latest efforts mark 105 years of the brand and will air on streaming, TV, digital, audio, and social media.

TMA Group Creative Director Matt Johnson explained in a statement how the campaign is rooted in "honoring the rich heritage and sense of community that have been at the heart of Community Coffee."
With a rich history and over a century of serving good coffee, the latest campaign from Community Coffee is a powerful display of both its brand identity and values.
Over the Decades
The 30-second "Generations" commercial kickstarts decades back at the general merchandise store, where Community Coffee's story started.
"Every community has a story, ours began over 105 years ago. From a simple belief that great coffee has the power to bring people together," the narrator shares.
The scenes quickly change from generation to generation, showing how the brand evolved alongside its people.

We see a family enjoying Community Coffee in a living room, two mechanics having a cup of coffee at the auto center, a teacher watching her students present in front of the class with a coffee in hand, and a group of friends enjoying a warm toast by a bonfire.
"After five generations, our family's still roasting smooth, rich coffee that builds community one cup at a time," the narrator tells the viewers as the ad ends.
Earlier this month, coffee giant Starbucks celebrated Veterans Day by handing out free coffee to the nation's heroes.
