Corona Cero, the first global beer sponsor of the Olympic & Paralympic games, has just unveiled its latest campaign titled "Golden Venues."
As part of the activation, the beer company brought the same seats found in real Olympic stadiums to beautiful locations across four different continents.
The ads were shot at culturally significant spots in 9 different countries:
- Arpoador beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- The Grand Peninsula Lagonissi in Athens, Greece
- Café Del Mar in Cartagena, Colombia
- Thames Riverfront in Battersea, London, U.K.
- Coatepeque Volcano, El Salvador
- San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina
- Pichilemu in Punta de Lobos, Chile
- Morito Beach in Kanagawa, Japan
- Cape Town’s Signal Hill, Lion’s Head, and Table Mountain in Africa
Sharing #GoldenMoments with a bottle and a slice of lime is simply unmatched.

Stunning landscapes and views invite the viewer to reconnect with nature and create "Golden Moments" as part of Corona Cero's "For Every Golden Moment" platform.
"We wanted to not only say, but show the world, that golden moments can happen everywhere. The Olympic feeling goes way beyond the games, and we’d like to give the world the ability to feel that same feeling every day," said Grey Global Chief Creative Officer Gabriel Schmitt in a statement.
Schmitt continued, saying that by bringing these Olympic seats to stunning locations around the world, the brand reminds everyone to revel and enjoy these moments.
Corona Global Vice President Clarissa Pantoja highlighted the significance of the Olympic seats to remind fans of golden moments both in stadiums and in nature.
Corona Crowned

As part of the activation, Corona will be offering Sunset Hours — free concerts featuring local bands placed strategically near the Golden Venues locations.
Furthermore, with an no-alcohol beer offering, the brand is also promoting moderation in Olympic celebrations around the world, reminding fans to make good moments and good choices.
Recently, the brand launched a campaign featuring "The Last of Us" actor Pedro Pascal, who was hailed its new celebrity endorser.
Opening on July 23, "The Golden Venues" will be open to the public daily during the Olympic Games, with plans to remain in the area after the games.
