Monday.com has launched “The First Work Platform You’ll Love to Use,” a whimsical new campaign featuring office workers falling in love with their work system as singing llamas serenade them.
The campaign, created in-house and supported by visual effects company Gravity, aims to redefine B2B marketing with a fresh and engaging approach.
Inspired by customer feedback, Robbie Ferrara, Monday.com’s global creative director, shared the campaign’s intent:
“With this campaign, we wanted to convey that when a product truly adds value to a customer’s day, it’s natural for them to develop a deep affinity for it, seeing Monday.com as not just a tool but something our customers love to use every day.”

The campaign’s playful tone reflects Monday.com’s broader effort to stand out in the B2B space by combining creative storytelling with customer-centric insights.
The visual effects team at Gravity meticulously rendered the CGI llamas, emphasizing the company’s dedication to quality and detail.
Additionally, the campaign leverages multiple advertising channels, including CTV, audio, and performance ads across North America.

A significant out-of-home presence includes a partial takeover of New York City subways, Chicago transit, and digital screens in major airports and lounges.
The campaign aligns with Monday.com’s ongoing “For Whatever You Run” platform, which launched in 2024.
With this creative approach, the company continues to demonstrate that work platforms can be both functional and, yes, lovable.
You’ll Love Mondays Here
Monday.com’s 60-second spot begins with an office worker rushing into work, visibly distressed by the announcement of yet another new work platform being introduced.
Coworkers voice their frustration: one sarcastically wonders if management is finding creative ways to waste their time, while another laments the idea of “12 months onboarding.”
Suddenly, the lights in the office flicker off, leaving only the glow of computer screens.
At the end of the hallway, a llama appears — and starts singing Rihanna’s “We Found Love.”
As the singing subsides, the office comes alive with excitement as the workers realize the difference Monday.com’s platform makes in their daily tasks.
Soon, llamas are casually wandering the office as employees discuss how simple and intuitive the platform is to use.
The spot culminates in a joyful reprise of “We Found Love,” as a voiceover declares Monday.com as “the first work platform you’ll love to use.”
