UK restaurant chain Nando's just launched a new spot with football star Bukayo Saka that showcases his love for both food and football.
The 45-second short film "Yes Chef," directed by Josh Cohen of Sticker Films, offers a playful glimpse into the creation of the "PERi-PERi Saka."
The spot shows the Arsenal winger in command of his kitchen as he and his subordinates make his special sauce.
They chop lemons, simmer the sauce, and toss garlic and chilis onto a pan, all as they report to their big boss with a resounding, "Yes, chef!"

As soon as they finish, Saka gives their saucey creation a taste test. However, one ingredient is still missing.
"Needs a little kick," the footballer says, as he drops one chili into the boiling sauce pot, finishing the sauce and concluding the ad.
Cohen expressed his joy in shooting the short film, praising Saka for embracing the concept and his role.
"Whilst we created a kitchen world that nodded to a formal setting visually, the charm and humour throughout the film delivers a tongue-in-cheek entertainment that is uniquely Nando’s."
Nando's Launches the 'PERi-PERi Saka Sauce'
The ad comes as part of the restaurant chain's official launch of the PERi-PERi Saka sauce, created in partnership with the footballer.
Combining Saka's personal flavor preferences with Nando's signature peri-peri spice, the limited-edition sauce promises a unique taste experience for customers.
The bottle design for the PERi-PERi Saka Sauce is equally impressive, featuring artwork by talented artist Reuben Dangoor, marking the first time an artist has designed a sauce bottle for Nando's.

Leading up to the sauce's launch, Nando's teased its release with film-like posters featuring Dangoor's chili design on billboards across London.
Nando's Head of Brand Hannah Smith shared her thoughts on the collaboration.
"The launch of PERi-PERi Saka sees us bring our famous sauce to life in an exciting new way with our first-ever restaurant sauce collaboration."
"Not only will fans love the taste of the brand-new flavour, but we know they will love experiencing PERi-PERi Saka through the multi-channel campaign across Nando’s platforms too,” Smith added.
