NatWest Group, which includes RBS and Ulster, is gearing up for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games with a new Team GB campaign. This marks NatWest's debut as an official banking partner for the esteemed sporting event.
Under the theme "Tomorrow Begins Today," the initiative aims to inspire action and generate enthusiasm for Team GB, which is composed of athletes from Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The branding campaign highlights the significance of motivation and momentum in accomplishing goals, featuring renowned Olympic medalists Asha Philip, Max Whitlock, Emily Campbell, Duncan Scott, Helen Glover and Beth Shriever, alongside bank employees.
The company also dropped a fresh new spot, where English sprinter and former junior gymnast Asha Philip leads a group of unlikely individuals through a run across the city.
Students, movers, Natwest employees and five other Olympic athletes gather together to "get going."
"Tomorrow begins today with NatWest, proud partner of Team GB," the narrator shares, as the spot concludes.
In a press release, NatWest CMO Marg Jobling expressed excitement about the launch of the partnership.
"[It] is hugely exciting for us as a business, it is relatable and inspiring for all our customers, colleagues and communities across the UK, and I’m incredibly proud to be bringing it to life with the launch of our activation campaign," Jobling shared.
