By 2025, Gartner predicts that 80% of B2B sales interactions will occur online, highlighting a seismic shift in how companies engage with suppliers and customers.

Evolving buyer expectations and AI solutions are driving this B2B eCommerce transformation, placing personalization at the forefront of competitive strategy.
