Supermarket chain Asda has unveiled its new holiday campaign that sees a helpful and cheery group of gnomes bringing the fun to Christmas.
Made together with Havas London, the campaign is marked by a 90-second spot where the fabled holiday figures come to life in an Asda store to transform it into a holiday wonderland.
Set to the theme of the famed '80s TV show "The A Team," the latest efforts hope to bring the whimsical and festive vibes this season.

David Hills, Asda's chief customer officer, shared that the chain's gnomes have long been customer favorites, making them the "obvious characters for our Christmas campaign."
He added that Asda's priority is to make sure its customers have their best Christmas possible with exceptional food, merchandise, and George clothing all under one roof.
Audiences have been graced with wildly imaginative holiday spots as of late, but Asda kicks things up a notch by using beloved and recognizable characters to tell a unique and whimsical brand story, effectively setting the mood for the holidays.
Go Big or Go Gnome
The advert, tagged as "confidential," starts with Maggie and Bill, two Asda employees, staring into the snowstorm as they're stranded in an Asda store.
When Maggie asks Bill what to do, he instantly gets an idea: to awaken the gnomes.
He then presses the nose of one of the gnome figures, prompting hundreds of them to come to life.
Gnomes across the city gather at the store to "get Christmas crackin'."

With a "go big or go gnome" mindset, they start to make baked Christmas goodies, prepare a holiday feast, set up a Christmas tree, and make sure the store is tidy and fab for the shoppers.
The spot ends with the gnomes "going gnome," taking the Asda trucks to head back to where they belong as the sun comes up.
"I should have gnome," Maggie punnily says as the spot ends.
Asda and Havas London have an established partnership, creating the chain's Christmas campaign last year and debuting a new brand identity last summer.
