GoDaddy is making its return to the Super Bowl after an eight-year hiatus with a new campaign starring two-time Emmy-nominated actor Walton Goggins.
The ad, titled "Act Like You Know," introduces GoDaddy Airo, an AI-powered tool designed to help small business owners establish and grow their online presence with ease.
Set to air during the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter of Super Bowl LIX, the spot follows Goggins as he showcases how GoDaddy can turn an idea into reality — even for someone who has no idea what they’re doing.

Best known for roles in "The Righteous Gemstones," "Justified," and the upcoming season of "The White Lotus," Goggins has a track record of taking on challenging roles.
However, none of these compare to the experience of running his own business.
His eyewear brand, Walton Goggins Goggle Glasses, launched last year with a retro-futuristic flair.
With GoDaddy Airo, he was able to create a logo, website, and marketing content to help bring his vision to life.

In a press release, the actor highlighted how entrepreneurs need to have confidence and know-how, aside from a good idea.
"For me, that's where GoDaddy Airo came in. It filled in the gaps and made Walton Goggins Goggle Glasses a reality."
GoDaddy CMO Fara Howard chimed in to emphasize the importance of showcasing real entrepreneurship in the campaign and how AI tools can guide anyone through what they're doing.
"Walton was the perfect partner — he had a passion for entrepreneurship and eyewear, and GoDaddy Airo could help him bring it to life.
This campaign is all about proving that with the right AI tools, anyone can build a business and confidently feel like they know what they're doing. We're proud to show the value of GoDaddy Airo to a massive audience on game day," Howard added.
The campaign will extend beyond the Big Game, with additional content running across TV, streaming, social media, and digital platforms throughout the year.
The commercial showcases how GoDaddy Airo empowers entrepreneurs with AI-driven tools, reinforcing the company's position as a trusted partner for small businesses.
With millions of aspiring business owners watching, the campaign boosts brand awareness while showcasing how AI can simplify the journey from idea to reality.
GoDaddy and Goggins
The one-minute "Act Like You Know" opens with a close-up of Goggins delivering a tongue-in-cheek monologue about acting, and how actors pretend to know what they're doing.
Viewers are then taken through a series of absurd scenes where Goggins plays different roles he is hilariously unqualified for:
- A detective carelessly contaminating a crime scene
- An astronaut cluelessly pressing buttons in zero gravity
- A race car driver unintentionally shifting gears in reverse
The scene then transitions to Goggins in his office, surrounded by boxes of his signature eyewear.
He acknowledges that running a small business is his hardest role yet, but thanks to GoDaddy Airo, he doesn't have to do it alone.
The ad ends with Goggins confidently showcasing his website, declaring, "If your goggles ain't Goggins, they don't belong on your noggins."
Meanwhile, last month, website-building platform Squarespace launched its own Super Bowl spot starring Barry Keoghan and a donkey.
