Leading airline Qatar Airways has launched a fun new campaign that allows anyone to be its star.
Developed by the company's partner agency McCann Worldgroup, "AI Adventure" utilizes groundbreaking AI technology to let viewers place themselves within the world of the film.
Audiences can visit the site to pick from a selection of scenes within the full film after inputting a photo of their own face, which will accurately reflect the main character's facial features and skin tone.
In a press release, Qatar Airways Group CEO Engr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer states that the airline constantly aims to go beyond meeting customer needs.
It anticipates what customers might want and uses that knowledge to create special experiences that resonate.

The airline's chief commercial officer, Thierry Antinori, also chimes in, highlighting the campaign as the first of its kind in the industry.
Meanwhile, SVP of Global Marketing & Corporate Communications Babar Rahman further emphasizes the company's position as an industry leader.
In another statement, Rahman spoke about the campaign's commitment to privacy. According to him, photos uploaded on the AI platform and the resulting videos will be deleted 24 hours after being generated.
This ambitious project is the latest campaign to follow a trend of cinematic, high-production films.
Brands that aim to produce spots of similar quality can be guided by past campaigns by utilizing storytelling, cinematography, and sound design.
'Star in Your Own Adventure'
The full three-minute film, divided into 10 shorter clips for the AI-generated version, follows a couple through a series of chance encounters.
Patterned after a classic romantic comedy, it involves a man trying to meet the woman again to return an earring she dropped.
Through London, Doha, Cape Town, Tokyo, and New York, the two fly across the world in the hopes of seeing each other once again.

Eventually, the couple gets a happy ending as they walk hand-in-hand into their next adventure.
The video has since been viewed over 7.6 million times on YouTube alone.
This isn't the company's first foray into AI.
Earlier this year, the company launched an AI-enhanced version of its own virtual cabin crew member, Sama.
The AI exists to guide users through QVerse, the official Qatar Airways virtual customer experience that immerses users in a virtual airplane experience.
