We worked with Aktwins to build our fintech app, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team understood our requirements quickly, communicated clearly throughout the project, and always responded promptly to our feedback. They delivered a high-quality product on time and paid close attention to both performance and security. Even after launch, they were available to help with improvements and support. It was a pleasure working with them, and I'd definitely recommend Aktwins to anyone looking for a reliable software development partner.

The way of working as Ocktal IT Solution Company is very bad, their sole purpose is to take some way from the customer, they have nothing to do with work, do not try to complete their work from this company. Get another company done by another company

I am Delivery Lead at Zee5, and hired managed IT Services from Octal IT Solution to work on our OTT application. We worked with a pool of 35 dedicated professionals, including programmers, designers and quality analysts. We hired Octal IT Solution after seeing their great online reputation in OTT and media streaming applications. We are highly satisfied with the quality of work Mayur Tiwari and Shreya Sethi provided. They were communicative, always on time, and great professionals. I would recommend everyone looking for a development partner to give Octal a try. Special thanks to Mr. Arun Goyal for providing us supportive and promising team

Great Place to Grow and Learn – 6 Wonderful Years at Tatvasoft!I had the opportunity to work at Tatvasoft as a QA for 6 years, and it was truly a rewarding and enriching experience. After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen. There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential. The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.

Title: Challenging Work Environment with Leadership and Culture ConcernsCons:-Significant internal politics, especially between teams across different locations, which impacts collaboration and moraleDecision-making is heavily centralized, leading to a lack of balanced representation across officesFeedback from employees is often overlooked; leadership tends to enforce top-down decisions rather than encourage open dialogueSeveral key leadership members have left recently, creating uncertainty and instability within teamsAppraisal cycles are delayed, causing frustration among employeesLimited visibility of new projects or growth opportunities, raising concerns about long-term prospectsThere appears to be an expectation for new employees to post public reviews about the company shortly after joining. At such an early stage, most individuals do not yet have enough exposure to provide meaningful feedback, and this can create unnecessary pressureAdvice to Management:Create a more open and trust-based culture where employees feel comfortable sharing feedback without pressure. Avoid encouraging or expecting reviews from new joiners before they have sufficient experience with the organization. Focus on improving internal culture and employee experience authentic feedback will follow naturally.

Working at Inferenz has truly been a rewarding experience! What stands out the most is the incredible work culture — it’s not just a workplace, it feels like a space where people genuinely care about each other. The environment is cozy, supportive, and encourages you to bring your best self every day. There are abundant opportunities to learn and grow, whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your skills. The team and leadership actively promote continuous learning, which makes a huge difference. One of my favorite aspects is the strong emphasis on work-life balance — something that’s often talked about but rarely practiced this well.I also really appreciate the thoughtful initiatives taken for employee well-being. From workshops focused on physical health to sessions supporting mental wellness, it’s clear that the organization values holistic growth, not just professional output.Overall, Inferenz is a place where you can grow, feel valued, and enjoy the journey. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a positive and enriching work environment!
