Who is eligible to apply for DesignRush Marketplace?
Any business looking for a partner agency is welcome to apply. Save time and resources by letting our team of experts do the research for you.
Are there any hidden costs I should be aware of?
Our Marketplace is completely free of charge.
The only thing we will require from you is a signed Agreement Form that confirms the accuracy of the given project requirements and your commitment to reviewing the agencies DesignRush recommends.

Am I obliged to work with any of the selected agencies?
DesignRush commits to recommending the best partner for your business based on the project requirements and our initial call with you.
However, this doesn’t mean you are obliged to work with any of our selected agencies.
If after the initial exploratory call with all of the agencies and you have chosen not to work with one, you are no longer bound to communicate with them further.
Important: DesignRush MARKETPLACE (marketplace@designrush.com), must be CCed in all communications between brands and agencies. We are here to support both parties during the process.

I had an exploratory call with one of the selected agencies and LOVED them. Do I still need to contact the rest even if I am no longer interested in their services?
The signed Agreement Form guarantees all selected agencies a single, introductory call with you.

When can I expect to be introduced to the relevant agencies?
After the initial call with our DesignRush advisor and signing the Agreement Form, you can expect to hear from us in the next 7 – 10 business days with the detailed list of suggested agencies.
I would like to use your services, but my project is anonymous. Is there a way to go around it?
In case you would like to keep your project details private, you can request a signed NDA form from all of the shortlisted agencies. You should provide the form after the initial email introduction before scheduling a call with the agencies.
