No, one account can be associated with one agency profile only.

How can I optimize my profile for a better ranking?

To improve your ranking and visibility, make sure your profile is 100% complete.
Follow these best practices:

  • Agency Overview: Write a clear, engaging description highlighting your expertise and value to potential clients.
  • Images & Videos: Use high-quality visuals that represent your work and brand.
  • Portfolio & Clients: Add at least 10 projects and showcase notable clients to build credibility.
  • Team Bios: Highlight key team members and their expertise to showcase your agency’s talent and build client trust.
  • Services: Focus on your core strengths rather than listing every possible service.
  • Client Reviews: Encourage your clients to leave reviews on your profile to enhance credibility and attract new business.

How do I update my agency’s services or industries served?

Go to Profile -> Services and update your offerings or industry focus.

How often should I update my profiles?

We recommend updating your profile at least quarterly or whenever you have:
  • New projects to showcase
  • New team members to highlight
  • Updated services or industry expertise
  • Awards or recognitions to add

Keeping your profile fresh improves visibility and helps attract more leads.

How does my profile ranking work?

Ranking factors include reviews, portfolio quality, awards, services, and team bios. See our ranking methodology for full details.

How can my client leave a review for me?

  • Direct them to your profile to submit a review
  • Use the “Request a Review” form under My Agency section to send them a review form
  • Send us their name and business email, and we’ll reach out to them

What happens if I receive a negative review?

  • If the review violates our guidelines, you can report it for review.
  • If it's valid feedback, use it to improve your services and respond professionally to show that you value feedback.

Why isn’t my rating 5 stars when all my reviews are 5 stars?

We use the Bayesian Statistical Method to ensure fair and balanced ratings across all agencies. This prevents inflated scores by adding a 3.5-star baseline factor to all profiles.

For example:
  • An agency with 1 five-star review → Bayesian rating: 4.3 stars
  • An agency with 29 five-star reviews → Bayesian rating: 5 stars

This approach creates a trustworthy rating system that helps businesses make informed decisions when choosing an agency.

Can I track the performance of my agency profile?

Yes, you can monitor key metrics such as impressions, profile visits, and website clicks by visiting your Dashboard.

What kinds of partnerships does DesignRush consider?

We evaluate editorial collaborations, original data and research partnerships, expert contributions, co-marketing initiatives, and industry resource collaborations. If you're looking to advertise or purchase placement, please use our advertising inquiry form instead.

Do you offer do-follow backlinks?

We do not provide do-follow links on request. Any links we include are added editorially, at our discretion, when they add genuine value for our readers. We cannot guarantee a link, its attributes, or its placement in exchange for a partnership.

Do you accept link insertions into existing articles?

No. We do not sell, exchange, or insert links into published content on request.

Will you accept a guest post in exchange for a link?

No. We don't accept content submitted primarily to place a backlink. We do work with genuine expert contributors whose insights fit our audience - but editorial links, if any, are added at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Do you do link exchanges or reciprocal linking?

No. We don't participate in link exchanges, link swaps, or reciprocal linking arrangements.

I have a data study / original research to share. Are you interested?

Possibly. Original, credible, non-promotional data relevant to our audience is one of the partnership types we're most open to. Share the dataset, methodology, and key findings in the form, and our editorial team will review it.

Can I contribute as an expert or thought leader?

We selectively work with practitioners who can offer original, actionable insight to our audience. Submit your background and the topics you can speak to. Contributions are subject to editorial review, and inclusion is not guaranteed.

How long until I hear back?

We review partnership inquiries on a daily basis. If your proposal is a fit, a member of our team will reach out within 24 hours. Due to volume, we can't respond to every submission - particularly requests that fall outside the partnership types described above.

I found a project that matches my expertise. Where can I apply?

Only DesignRush verified agencies are eligible to submit a proposal and join the bidding.

Get your agency verified here!

Once verified, qualified agencies will start receiving invitations to bit for relevant projects. DesignRush MARKETPLACE will contact each suitable, verified candidate, so all they have to do is ensure their DesignRush profiles are complete and up-to-date.

I qualified as one of the top 5 highest bidders. Does this mean I have a 20% chance of winning the project?

No, winning the lead does not guarantee the project to any of the highest bidders.

It is a chance to stand out in a crowded, highly competitive environment.

Like any marketing platform, DesignRush MARKETPLACE helps agencies generate qualified leads, but it cannot guarantee conversions.

I had a call with the client but I am not satisfied with the outcome. How can I claim my DesignRush credits?

Only the agencies that did not have a chance to get on a call with the lead within the set timeframe are eligible for DesignRush credits.

How much does the lead cost?

The minimum bid rate is determined based on the project value.

Each project bid comes with a preset limit that varies on the project value ranges. For instance, bids for the projects valued between $5,000 and $10,000 start at $50.

I won the lead, but the client is unresponsive. Can I get a refund?

Our thorough background check on each project we announce minimizes such risks but it cannot eliminate them.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds. Instead, in the unlikely event that a lead-turned-client becomes unresponsive, we will convert the winning agency’s bid into credits that can be used for any available marketing opportunities on the DesignRush platform.

Let’s clarify the terminology: An “unresponsive” client is the one that fails to reply to the winning agency in the timeframe of 7 business days after the agency’s third attempt of a written follow-up. All follow up attempts must be made within the 30 days after the lead introduction.

Now, how do agencies redeem this credit? All they have to do is get in touch with their DesignRush client relationship manager and we will guide them through the process.

Important: DesignRush MARKETPLACE (marketplace@designrush.com), must be CCed in all client communications between the winning bidders and brands. We are here to support both parties during the process.

Is there a fee to submit?

Submissions cost $250 per project or $95/month for our annual membership, which includes unlimited submissions at $25 per design.

Who judges the entries?

A panel of 3+ creative directors from top global brands & agencies scores each entry independently. Individual jury scores are published publicly, so you can see exactly how your work performed.

How are designs evaluated?

Each entry is scored across four criteria: design, usability, creativity, and content.

When are winners selected and announced?

Submissions close on the 25th of every month. Jury scoring takes place in the first week of the following month, and winners are announced publicly on the 10th.

What happens if I don't win?

Your jury scores are still published publicly, giving your work visibility and a credible benchmark you can share with clients or use in your portfolio.

How are winners promoted after the award?

Six winners receive a featured placement on the Best Designs homepage every month, a shareable winner badge, and social media, PR & newsletter promotion, including our newsletter of 16,000+ subscribers - worth over $3,000 in total.

Who can submit?

Anyone who created the work - agencies, in-house teams, and freelancers are all welcome. Agencies are responsible for confirming they have the client's permission before submitting.
