We have hired the Plavno team to develop a cryptocurrency exchange solution.allow users to make cryptocurrency transactions legally and transparently. Plavno team had to create a solution independent of third-party developers, develop frontend solutions for clients and service administrators, build a full-featured back-end that would include integration with banking and payment systems, and a multifunction module for managing currency exchange transactions, exchange rates.

Some problems can only be solved with code, but others require end-user thinking. So Plavno developers remember that the whole goal is to solve problems — not only to write code. They thought about the problem from the restaurantants point of view. They developed a food delivery app with both customer and admim panels, which covers all the necessary functionality.

Plavno was creating profiles with pulling up a lot of information (clusters). Xunit-based scoring was used when setting up a .NET 2.0 project. Scoring for this format works similarly to Junit. The team extended the products by adding features, fixing bugs. This development can change cluster parameters, cluster management system (current state of the object), customize vectors that lead to this cluster and make predictions.

AI Development Review from Muhammad Ali

Our collaboration with Bravado Solutions has been one of the most transformative experiences for our organization. We wanted to enhance the way we connect with our customers and they brought that vision to life with a fully customized AI chatbot and virtual agent solution. They took the time to understand our workflows and use-cases and created an intuitive, human-like virtual agent that integrates seamlessly with our CRM system. The AI agent extracts customer information and provides accurate answers to repetitive queries and tracks all interactions. They integrated the agent with our Huawei IPCC system which automatically redirects complex queries to a human agent. This has significantly reduced our live agents workload by ~60% and has improved customer experience. Overall their team has demonstrated excellent expertise in generative AI and machine learning technologies. They collaborated closely with us through the development, training and post-launch phases to ensure agent performance and accuracy. The chatbot solution has become an integral part of our customer support communication strategy and we look forward to expanding it's capabilities further with bravado solutions.

AI Development Review from Alex James

Working with Bravado Solutions was an excellent experience. We had two major goals. The first was to build an AI-driven learning management platform for doctors training and progress tracking in line with compliance standards. The second was to integrate it with our HRMS to automate daily administrative tasks.Their team brought deep expertise in AI and machine learning, which enabled us to deliver adaptive, personalized learning paths for our resident doctors. The platform also streamlined training records, certifications, and compliance reporting, while providing actionable analytics to improve curriculum quality. They maintained clear communication and transparency throughout the project. Project management was well-structured, timelines were met, and the quality of deliverables consistently met our expectations. The LMS platform has helped our doctors adapt more effectively to U.S. healthcare practices, while HRMS integration and automation have significantly reduced manual administrative workloads. I strongly recommend Bravado Solutions. Their ability to combine cutting-edge technical expertise with cost-effective delivery truly impressed us.
