Caplan Artificial introduced artificial intelligence into our medical practice. We are a company that manufactures and distributes medical equipment throughout the Balkans, and we had a 30-year archive of data (digitized only 5–6 years ago) through which we could not efficiently search and access all the information. The guys installed an internal LLM and connected it to our systems, which drastically reduced the time to information. Their team was very professional and friendly.

Right after i rating 3 to this business, i received call from business owner and he has discussed issue. So i have increased one more star. Hoping for the good service next time.My previous reply was as follows:Marketing response is .1% which is i think correct as compare to others. Secondly, they do not reply back after making so many calls. Third, they have closed business now as they have not run my campaign despite depositing fee.
