As the founder and CEO of Luxuri, one of the top chains of luxury hotels in the US, I had the honor of working with Proglia to deploy a unique blockchain solution that would improve our visitor experience and expedite our business processes. We engaged Proglia to upgrade our blockchain-based payment processing, build a system to monitor and incentivize visitor feedback, and design a transparent and safe loyalty rewards program. Proglia showed right away that they had a thorough understanding of both blockchain technology and the hotel sector. They provided a customized blockchain platform that worked in unison with our current setup. Guests may now easily earn, track, and redeem points through the loyalty rewards system, increasing their level of satisfaction and participation. Our transactions are now quicker and more secure thanks to the blockchain payment gateway, which also lowers the risk of fraud. Furthermore, guests are rewarded for their reviews by the feedback tracking system, which provides us with insightful information to enhance our offerings. Proglia's ability to adapt the solution to Luxuri's luxury brand requirements was what most struck me about them. They developed a system that improved the visitor experience without interfering with our business processes. Our guests benefited from enhanced security and customization without even realizing the behind the scenes improvements because to the seamless implementation of the technology. Proglia's team demonstrated outstanding communication and project management throughout the project. They were very attentive to our demands, met deadlines, and offered professional advice as needed. At every stage, we felt well informed and supported. Even though the solution has been quite successful, we would have liked to see even more personalization in the loyalty points system so that awards could be better tailored to the tastes of each individual guest.

What impressed us most was their proactive problem-solving. When we faced unexpected edge cases in overtime calculations during testing, their team refined the algorithm overnight. Post-launch support was equally responsive; minor queries were resolved within hours. Their commitment to understanding our pharmacys workflow ensured every feature from prescription management to payroll reports aligned with our daily realities. While no project is without minor hiccups (we initially wished for more granular payroll customization), Proglia listened and implemented updates in the next sprint. Their agility and ownership turned a functional tool into a game-changer for our operational efficiency.
