Accelirate

I hired Accelirate as a reccommendation from Salesforce. I had run through everything with the Accelirate team and Salesforce together to ensure all my business needs were reviewed and able to be accommidated. Since hiring Accelirate I have incured more cost with Salesforce for digital engagement (in which it could not be incorperated with Ring Central thee way we had anticipated), we have no reports to pull and our tabs, pages, etc do not have all the required fields we needed for our records. I made the decision to hire Accelirate with hopes it would be a smooth "Go Live" with salesforce. We hired Accelirate *working on* three months ago and have not been able to use our salesforce effectively. We were first quoted one price to incorperate all of our needs, once the contract was sent over and reviewed, I had explained we did not need an email campaign and that it was strictly text/calling that my business uses... from there the price of Accelirate's services went up and they needed me to add on another salesforce service. I am extremely disappointed in Accelirate's services they performed for my business. "
