I was recommended Accurate Accounting Service LLC to file my taxes, so I made an appointment on their website two weeks in advance. When the time came, I showed up at the office and was told there was no record of me making that appointment. I was asked I had had confirmation of the appointment, which in reality I didn't. They said, "it's weird you made the appointment because we are not taking new clients". I checked the website again, and it's clear " new client, click here " and let's you make the appointment. I'm not writing the review about the technicality of the whole thing, or their work, but about how unwelcomed they made me feel. I understood and made every effort to be polite and pleasant. They were rather annoyed I was there, they talked to me borderline rude, and the whole interaction was very unpleasant. "

I was referred to this company to assist with my tax return for this year. A male named Derrick answered the phone and assisted me with scheduling an appointment for the end of the month. All was going well with the call until I began asking a few questions to help in preparation for my appointment. There was a discrepancy in some information that I received from him in comparison to what I was previously informed elsewhere. I mentioned hoping to be able to confirm what he stated by another individual. Derrick clearly was not fond of me mentioning that I was going to validate what he told me. He asked if I was still interested in keeping the appointment, I stated yes… all of a sudden he stated he was going to cancel my appointment. I thought he was joking at first! After realizing he was serious, I inquired about why the appointment would be canceled. Derricks response was “I don’t think you’re going to show up.” I continuously tried to reassure him that I would be there being that I reached out and do need my taxes done. I continuously asked him not to cancel my appointment; he stated “I already did” and abruptly hung up in my face. I could not believe it!! I attempted to call right back and it took numerous calls before a different receptionist answered the phone. I asked to speak with Derrick again with hopes of rectifying the situation but was told “Derrick left for lunch,” even though I literally just spoke to him 45 seconds prior. I asked to speak with the owner Julie but was told she was occupied. The new representative mentioned that I was making this “way worse then it needs to be,” but stated she would speak to Julie herself then get back to me. Never heard back! I would never do business with this company and I will make sure to share the experience I had with them regarding their awful and RUDE customer service every chance that I get. "
