BEWARE. We are an Australian firm who sought advice on engaging a US based employee. From the initial meeting with Janathan Allen, we were given incorrect, misleading advice that resulted in a huge financial loss and months of wasted time and stress. When we reversed our decision and trusted the firm to help us out of the situation, they were non-responsive and did not follow through with the required actions.Incredibly poor customer service. They told us what we wanted to hear - for example, they stated that as a foreign entity, we were able to open a US bank account and that they even had clients who had achieved this outcome. That information turned out to be incorrect.Be very wary about using this firm. "
