I interviewed with this company about a month ago for a role that I was more than qualified for. However, I didn’t get the role apparently because I was coming from a leadership role?! 🤔They required me to spend hours doing market research on companies that fit their ICP, locate REAL contacts within these companies, and create a REAL presentation to pitch their services with no compensation.After committing several days of my life and taking time away from my family, they didn’t even so much as send me a thank you email or provide direct feedback. They just ghosted me.They claim to be DEI champions but their company’s culture says otherwise. They definitely missed the mark of providing value to my candidate experience and integrity in their hiring practices.I wonder if this is the compass that guides their business practices as well. The tool layout required us to put in a lot of effort because our process wasn't organized the way the tool was designed, so there's a lot of filler just in our workflow that is unneeded but required. The customer service is 100% virtual after the initial onboarding. They normally response within 24 hours showing me an article that covers my question sometimes. Often they didn't understand my problem and I would really prefer not to read an article, but have a person show me like other companies.
