This place has been a total nightmare. They charge for every single form they use when doing your taxes. Plus, their customer service is seriously lacking. I'm not sure what kind of customers they usually deal with, but I felt really uncomfortable when they grilled me about my receipts for my taxes, making me feel like I was lying when I wasn't. If you can, I'd recommend finding somewhere else to file your taxes. It seems like they're only interested in your money "

Juan Lopez goes beyond the call of duty to make you comfortable and give you detailed information of everything he’s doing with your tax return. He researches things thoroughly and double checks them to make sure they’re correct. I was very comfortable with Juan and appreciate his demeanor and people skills. "

When I started my construction company I was looking for bookkeeping and tax services, a friend of mine referred me to Ayuda financial so I went there and meet with Jaime and he explained to me basic stuff very professional, he promised many other things and services for my company I was very excited to work with him. 2 years passed by and during that time he was never around and no one was able to help me when I needed something, did I say I was paying a monthly fee for these services? Of course I was, when he filled taxes for my company ( 2 years total) he filled poorly and not enough info for when in case of an IRS audit, long story short I was audited by the IRS because of him how he prepared my taxes and when I tried to contact them many times about this issue no one got back to me again. If I could give 0 stars I would, they're very promising at the beginning but they don't hold up to their promises. Don't get fooled by Jaime or his team they seem very professional at the beginning "
