I discovered the Balans establishment during a stroll on my lunch break.As this was a new place for me, I’d like to share my experience with others who share a passion for good food.I enjoyed the warm and welcoming attitude of my waiters.I’d like to thank Ms. Jana for recommending the risotto after I mentioned I was looking for a savory dish.I also had the chance to try an interesting layered drink.I appreciate the honesty. When I ordered it, I was informed they no longer had mango purée and were offering strawberry instead.I’d like to thank Mr. Mirzo as well.As for the food itself, although this lunch visit allowed me to try only one dish, I was very pleased. The risotto was lovely, with the creamy richness of the cheese and the flavors of fennel and herbs blending beautifully.In conclusion, this first experience will be remembered fondly.I look forward to returning one day for a multi-course dinner so I can share my thoughts on the other dishes.Until next time. "
