Or was it my reaction when instead of replying to my email, you sent your reply to my husband's email, when I was clearly the only sender on that email? You must be beset on all sides daily!I received no mention of any attempt to cure this situation. Not any. Please resend me the alleged attempts.And thank you so much for divulging specifics about my case on a public forum. I will definitely add this breach of confidentiality to my complaints with the BBB and Colorado State Board.Attempting to play victim instead of taking responsibility for your actions will get you nowhere.DO NOT hire this company unless you have about $10K to flush down the toilet.I first contacted this company in the Spring of 2025, and my final payment (after the $1750 down payment) of $7k was cleared in early May.As of today, August 5, there has been NO WORK done on my case. I found out today after hounding them again that one of the people assigned to my case went on maternity leave, and the company did not see fit to inform me of this at all.I am currently in the process of requesting a full refund, and I'm hoping their complete ineptitude and disregard for their clients does not extend to their refund department.Don't worry, I will definitely keep you posted. "
