If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Initially the place was very responsive in setting up an appointment early in 2020 for my 2019 taxes. Steve I believe the gentlemans name was. After meeting with him, my wife and I liked his professionalism and were excited to have a professional CPA to work with our finances. Fast forward to about a week later, Steve called me to advise that there was an error in my 2018 taxes that he would have to fix, so I would have to pay for an entire new tax prepartation. I didn't think this was fair and I advised him that I would rather submit an amendment myself through the software I had previously used and paid for. I could tell he was not happy about that, as he was short the rest of the call and said he would be reaching out shortly. After that call in January the guy completely fell of the radar. Then Covid hit and after a few calls unreturned I thought that maybe he just needed a bit of time with everything going on, "but hey the guy was a pro and I was in good hands", I thought. Leading up to the 2020 deadline I tried again numerous times to contact him and had no success. The tax deadline came and went, I had to incur fees for filing late, and much worse I was forced to paper file which has now resulted in a huge mess with the IRS as they cannot seem to find my return. I trusted this person/business and got burned and completely "ghosted". I really wish I could say better for this business but that was my story. Hugely inconvenienced and dissappointed. "
