I have a Bookkeeping firm in Santa Barbara, CA, and Chaney & Associates engaged with one of my clients in order to offer them more customized non-profit bookkeeping services last year. I feel compelled to leave a negative review here just to simply alert others about the horrible experience my client has had, so that nobody else has to go through what they have had to experience.C&A engaged in payroll services for my client, using ADP, and while transitioning their payroll data, they performed incorrect payroll entries and filings that have since gone unresolved for many many months, and have also resulted in costly penalties and incorrect W2's for over 50 employees. This has cost my client thousands of dollars, not to mention a huge amount of time and energy. Chaney & Associates does not respond to emails and have at this point become completely unresponsive in this matter. They have not resolved the many issues their company created and they have not offered a single solution. I warn you, do not use this company... I have never seen anything worse than this. The lack of service and responsiveness is unbelievable. "
