I have been with clear start for over a year now, I have found them so helpful every time I speak to them, they stay in contact regular and are always happy to help. I had a big issue today with one of my accounts and Nashim was so helpful, he helped me get through to the support team of the account we was dealing with, and helped me resolve the issues and set up a repayment plan after we have been trying to do this via email for nearly a year and not getting a resolution. We finally did, I had to leave the call but on my behalf he finished the conversation and finalised everything for me. Not only that he gave me a courtesy call later just to reconfirm everything and make sure I was clear on everything. I have always had good service but today Nashim went above and beyond and he is a credit to the company. "

It's is A SCAM.. we signed with them from January they took the first 3 payments of £149 every month then the monthly payment went to £139 this includes their fees which is £50 and the rest is distributed to the clients. TELL ME WHY they only took for 2 months just their fees??? When I called to cancel with them because there service is disgusting and asked why they only took there fee I DID NOT GET AN ANSWER. All they man said that "I understand" ? I understand what ? Was referred to these from step change to help with a credit card. We’re brilliant to talk too and after an hour phone call I was told the account would be frozen and an iva would be put in place, I was advised not to communicate with my creditors. I complied abd beloved all was under control, they took £96 a month for three months and did nothing, when I queried it they told me I wasn’t eligible to get an Iva and that they’d never have said that. I challenged them to listen to the call recording and I never heard any more about it, now I’ve cancelled their service and they’re still demanding money. In the time I’ve dealt with them they’ve failed to accomplish anything they said they would and my debts have increased and incurred account defaults because the hold wasn’t i in place. Others seem to have had positive experiences so it seems I’m the outliar but they’re service has left me worse off "
