While the work itself was fine, my experience with Cogent Infotech’s payment practices has been a nightmare. It has been over a year since my contract ended, and they still have not paid my last paycheck.I have reached out multiple times to Manu Mehta (Founder), Nandan Banarjee (CEO), and Suraj Gantayat (HR), but every time I ask for a resolution, they provide a new excuse instead of a clear timeline for payment. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive what is rightfully owed to me.This pattern of behavior raises serious concerns about their business ethics. If you are considering working with Cogent Infotech, I strongly advise you to stay away. They appear to have no issue delaying or refusing payments to their own contractors.If anyone needs evidence, feel free to contact me. I have invoices, timelines, and communications that show how they mismanage payments and avoid their financial obligations. Be cautious before engaging with them, as my experience suggests they do not operate with integrity. "
