Most small businesses that come to us have already bought AI. They have a chatbot, a scheduling tool, three subscriptions nobody can fully account for - and the work is not moving any faster. The reason is almost always that the tool was bolted onto a process that was never redesigned. Automating a broken process just produces a faster mess.
So we start with a diagnostic rather than an install. Our assessment engagement - we call it the Conefer Recon - inventories the AI and workflows actually running in the business, evaluates each one, and produces a written plan covering what to keep, what to cancel, and what to rebuild. It takes two days and starts at $2,500.
Then we build what the plan calls for. The person who writes the assessment is the person who ships the implementation. We do not hand the work to a delivery team and we do not resell software - clients own every subscription in their own name.
Services: AI readiness assessment, workflow and process assessment, AI tool evaluation and selection, workflow automation and implementation, AI policy and governance, staff training, and AI strategy roadmaps.
Founder Corey Frasure spent 21 years in the military and 11 years in corporate operations, most recently as Solutions Director for U.S. Military, Aerospace and Federal Government at Clear-Com. He holds a BS in IT Management, is a SCORE mentor, and Conefer is an OpenAI Select Partner. He has advised 26+ organizations.
We are the consultant who will tell you not to buy it - which is only credible from someone who could have built it.
