In previous years the accountant has a made mistake to my disadvantage such as applying the incorrect USD/AU exchange course for share trades. She disproportionately increased the prices over many years although her work volume did not increase in the same ratio.She quoted $500 for a submission for a taxation ruling for work that took me personally only 20 minutes (filling out a 3-page form). Now when I am in a difficult position to having to produce previously submitted employer statements for a foreign pension application, she abuses the situation ( after I changed accountants) and charges more than 300% of what was foreshadowed in a phone conversation and undertook work that was outside of the request made in writing.I am really glad that I changed accountants. "
