DEFTeam Solutions Reviews

I had one of the worst interview experiences with DefTeam. The company conducted 8 rounds of interviews, including multiple technical rounds, and after successfully clearing them, they suddenly sent me a rejection email saying I was “unfit for the role.”If I was unfit, why was I allowed to clear several technical rounds and spend so much time in the process? An 8-round interview process is not a small commitment. Candidates invest their time, energy, preparation, travel expenses, and mental effort.I even traveled overnight to attend the interviews, spent money on travel, and after completing the process successfully, I returned home believing I was selected. Later, they rejected me without proper explanation. When I emailed for clarification, there was no response. The HR response was simply “sorry,” which felt very unprofessional and insensitive. What disappointed me the most was the lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. A company should value transparency and communication, especially after making someone go through such a lengthy process.Key Issues:• Extremely lengthy 8-round interview process• Poor communication and lack of transparency• Rejection after clearing multiple technical rounds• No proper response to candidate queries• Waste of candidate’s time, money, and effortI would not recommend this company to job seekers unless they improve their hiring process and candidate handling.
