I asked a friend in Florida who they used since we're in an online economy and I wanted an accounting firm who gets it.I love my tax team. They're always fast to answer questions, thorough with the tax prep, and quick to complete my forms. They have my best interest in heart.They always make sure I have my closing journal entries and advise me on GL codes. They're not just a tax firm. They're an accounting firm.For what they do, they've got reasonable prices, too! "

I had a disappointing experience with DiMercurio Tax Advisors. Initially, I was drawn in by their promises of personalized service and expertise, but the reality was quite different. Communication was a major issue; emails always went unanswered for days, and when I finally did get a response, it was unhelpful.There seemed to be multiple people working on my case and none of them seemed to know what the others were doing. My taxes were filled in correctly and I got a fine from the IRS. They wanted me to pay them to fix their mistake. The only people who get back to you and email you frequently is the billing department.Overall, I felt like just another number rather than a valued client. I would NOT recommend DiMercurio Tax Advisors if you’re looking for reliable and attentive tax assistance. "

Unfortunately. John Kirkland and his team including Janay Pittman who I spoke to made me extremely uncomfortable and hostile with trying to figure out pricing that was hiked from a 500 deposit to 4,000 deposit. As I started to ask questions and try to show proof of documentation I was shouted over and made to feel dumb for not understanding the process that ultimately ended up in her hanging up on me. Filing taxes is a stressful procedure and having a firm that is going to make you feel safe is something I am looking for and this was not it. It has unfortunately changed over the years for the worse. "
