DirectIT is fully Australian owned and Operated, and based entirely out of our Sydney CBD office we have been supplying Telemarketing Services to some of the world’s largest IT and Technology Vendors, Partners and Resellers since 1994.
Over the last 20 years Direct IT has gained enviable knowledge of the Local Australian Business Market and work day in day out talking technology with contacts from administrator to C-level positions.
DirectIT understands the importance of speaking with the right contacts, after all, 37% of IT Purchases in 2014 were made by staff in a non-technical function. This means DirectIT’s ability to have a technical product discussion, or a high level business discussion, ultimately results in DirectIT uncovering a higher number of quality sales opportunities for their clients.

Scam,Don't waste your time "Hermawan Lonardi's Review Sourced from Google
Very unprofessional! They called me on a public holiday and rambled on and on like reading a script, I butted in to advise it was a public holiday and they hung up on me. Will be calling them today to complain. "Sinead Clarke's Review Sourced from Google
Very weird.Called me, somehow got my number, knew where I worked and position. Didn't let me talk, just kept asking if I was still at my work and position. No idea how they got my details, email or phone number. No idea how they knew where I worked (maybe stalked my linkdin?)Very fishy and scam(ish) smell to this place. Reported to ombudsmen. "Tendai Thompson's Review Sourced from Google
Would give a zero star if I could. This company called three times in as many weeks, knew my name and refused to say where they got my number. Very aggressive manner, insisting I sign up for some report about how AI could help my business. Even when I declined, the callers kept suggesting I consider it. I was targeted because I have the word “manager” in my job title, according to all three callers. So….lazy scattergun approach to drum up sales. Most unprofessional.Update: called two days later to repeat the exercise. I referred the caller to the most recent one, but said he was unaware of the other person calling me.Formal complaint to Spark now logged to have them blocked permanently.
