This company signed an agreement, took over $15K for an intranet project, completed less than 5% and then stopped responding. We have reached out to the owner, Errin, multiple times by phone and email with little to no response. There have been team members who have left who they still owe money to. Seems like they are in a bad spot as of May 2025. I wouldn't suggest working with this group. "

EPC Group provided precisely ZERO of the deliverables that were in the SOW our company Pivot Hearing signed, went dark on us for weeks as we voiced concerns with the lack of progress and asked for updates, and only eventually responded after we asked for a refund -- and they did not provide one. After several more emails asking for a refund and/or to know how many hours of work were left from the SOW without receiving any response, they referred me to their legal department to discuss. I tried to contact EPC Group by phone and NEVER received a single call back, and they eventually blocked my number. This is a fraudulent company that I can't say enough bad things about. Avoid at all costs. "
