We appreciate your willingness to share your opinions with us." I think that would have been good to know BEFORE having me take the entire survey. Thanks for wasting my time and collecting my data for free! "

For a new mother, going on barely any sleep, taking care of a newborn, and in need of an extra 5 bucks for baby supplies this was disappointing. Don't waste your time. Got the letter, and spent 30 minutes completing the survey. Confirmation screen said complete and thanked me. No emails since. I then submitted a request for help on their website. No reply and its been a few days already.Update: 3 months have gone by and I've submitted several more times through your site.So no, Stephanie, not fixed in a "few days" or a few months.And no, Stephanie, you do not take all website inquiries seriously.What gives?Not Escalent.
