I called to get a quote for screen printing a bunch of t shirts we just bought. Their bid was 50% less than their competitors in town. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The young lady took the shirts and said she would let me know when they would be ready. She emailed me a week later that the shirts were ready.
